Maintenance Service

We provide maintenance service for our equipment and IT system, which consists of two types as follows:

Preventive Maintenance

Preventive maintenance is a periodic maintenance. It comprises planning, examination, treatment, and maintenance of the equipment after continuous usage, to prevent possible damage, and extend service life of the equipment.

Corrective Maintenance

Corrective maintenance is a non-periodic maintenance due to malfunction of the equipment. We have prepared expert engineer and staff to examine and repair the equipment, to preserve the performance and service life. Additionally, we have prepared sufficient spare parts for our customers, according to the Service Level Agreement (SLA) as follows:

- 8x5xNBD warranty condition: after being informed by the customer (Standard Service) on working days, i.e. Monday to Friday (5 days) at 8 a.m. – 5 p.m. (8 hours), we will investigate the issues and reply in the next working day.

- 24x7x4 warranty condition : after being informed by the customer (Premium Service) at any time, we will investigate the issues and reply within 4 hours.
